Kayla decided to re-write Impending Doom. She does this not because she hate's the way she wrote it as a younger self, but because she want's it to be available for everyone to see, without copyright infringement. She has given me the task of uploading it onto my account, as I did for the original books. Those chapters will be deleted, only available upon request.
She's trying something new by writing it in a first person view, rather than the script style she's used for the past five years. The outcome will definetly be different, but she hopes that everyone will like it.
Of course, it will start out darker than the original book did, but Kayla was going through a darker period in her life anyway...
The books were a sort of diary for her, to write down the events of the day. She did it in a humerous way, and she laughs when she looks over chapters and see's the young innocence she possessed as a Freshman.
"When I moved to Middleville in 7th grade, I decided that I would start over fresh. I wouldn't be shy and awkward, I would talk to people and be friendly. Well, that didn't work out quite the way I planned. Instead, I found a group of misfits that became my closest friends. I think it turned out better that way.
As a Freshman, Ashley and I saw ourselves as the freshmen that didn't act like freshmen. We considered ourselves to be the funniest, most creative, and random people in the school. We were against the grain. Interestingly enough, we were just being typical teens."
Okay, enough talking, here's Impending Doom. Re-written, as a fourteen year old's perspective on her life. With some stuff thrown in for fun.
Not a whole lot to say about myself. I'm 6'1, blonde, blue eyes. Yup... Ketchup's just my nickname, my real name's Keef.
